What we collect

Contact form: your name, business name and type, phone, email, preferred call time and any message you write. We use it to call or email you back about VoisBot.

Demo call: if you start a call, your voice is sent to our AI voice provider, Retell AI, which may record and transcribe it. Demo calls last up to 1 minute; calls to book a VoisBot demo last up to 5 minutes. If you book a demo, the name, contact details and time you give are saved to our scheduling system (Cal.com). Please don’t share sensitive personal, payment or health information on a demo call.

Server logs: our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes standard request data such as IP address and browser type to deliver and protect the site and to produce privacy-friendly traffic statistics.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies and has no advertising trackers. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies or tracking you across sites, so there is no cookie banner.

Who handles your data

Cloudflare (hosting, security and form email delivery), Retell AI (demo call audio and transcripts) and Cal.com (demo bookings). They process data for us under their own terms. We do not sell your personal information.

How long we keep it

Contact requests are kept as long as needed to follow up and for our business records. Demo call recordings and transcripts are kept by Retell AI according to our settings with them.

Your choices

Ask us to access, correct or delete what we hold about you at [email protected]. You can also stop any follow-up by telling us.

Children

This site is for businesses and is not directed to children under 13.
