The website and demo
The site and demo call are for evaluating VoisBot. The demo receptionists and businesses (such as Lakewood Pizza Kitchen) are fictional, and no real order or booking is made.
The demo call
You are talking to an AI, not a person. The call may be recorded and transcribed. It is not for emergencies; in an emergency call 911. Don’t share sensitive information, and don’t use the demo to harass, abuse or attempt to misuse the service. Demo calls end after 1 minute.
Paid service
Pricing shown is for information. A paid VoisBot service is provided under a separate agreement or order, which will govern in place of these terms.
Acceptable use
Don’t interfere with the site, attempt to access it without permission, send automated or abusive traffic to it, or submit false information through the contact form.
No warranty and liability
The site and demo are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. AI responses can be wrong. To the fullest extent the law allows, 36th Element is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or demo.
